Refund Policy

MakeLike Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for purchases made through the MakeLike service (“Service”). This Policy should be read together with, and is subject to, the MakeLike Terms of Service.


1. General Policy

All purchases made through the Service are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or as expressly stated in this Policy.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased, as outlined below.


2. Usage-Based Credits

2.1 Credit Purchases

Credits are sold in predefined packs and provide access to digital services that are made available immediately upon purchase.

By purchasing credits, you expressly request immediate performance of the digital service. To the extent permitted by law, this waives any statutory right to cancel once performance has begun.

2.2 Consumed Credits

Credits are considered consumed at the point they are used to access paid features of the Service.

Consumed credits are non-refundable.

2.3 Unused Credits

Unused credits are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Credits may expire after a period of time disclosed at the point of purchase. Expired credits cannot be refunded or reinstated.

2.4 Failed or Rejected Requests

If a generation request fails or is rejected due to technical limitations or restrictions imposed by an AI model provider, any credits consumed for that request will be automatically and promptly returned to your credit balance.

Dissatisfaction with the subjective quality or outcome of generated content does not constitute a failed request and is not grounds for a refund.


3. Printed and Physical Goods

Certain physical products offered through the Service are custom-made or printed to order.

Because these items are produced based on user-approved designs, orders for printed goods are final once placed and non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

  • the item contains a manufacturing or print defect;
  • the item differs materially from the approved proof or mockup shown at the time of purchase; or
  • the item is lost in transit and confirmed as undelivered by the carrier.

Where a refund or replacement is requested, we may require photographic or other evidence of the issue.


4. Account Suspension or Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of the MakeLike Terms of Service, you will not be entitled to a refund for unused credits, subscriptions, or other prepaid amounts, except where required by law.


5. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases, MakeLike may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or account credit. We are under no obligation to do so, and such decisions do not create an entitlement to future refunds.
